Training Times:

Tuesday nights 8:15-9:15pm (Land based training in the gym)
Thursday night from 7.30 to 9.00pm (on the water at Tai Tam)
Saturday mornings from 8:30am to 10:30am (on the water at Tai Tam)
Sundays – we have ad hoc extra sessions and times vary to suit the team.

Turn up 15 minutes ahead of time to warm up, and so that training can begin on time.
